- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking updates via email and WhatsApp on your registered contact details.
- Please make sure to enter your complete and correct shipping address along with the PIN code. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please mention the preferred delivery date in the gift message box while placing the order. If no date is provided, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible time.

Each piece is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure flawless quality. In the rare event of a genuine concern, we are happy to assist under the following terms:
- Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
- Due to hygiene standards and limited-edition production, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, personal preference, minor color variations, or courier-related delays.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video (starting from the sealed package and showing the label, invoice, and product) is mandatory for all claims.
- Claims must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, you may opt to wait for restock or receive a refund for the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
