Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date the order is successfully placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking updates via email and WhatsApp using the contact details provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, PIN code serviceability, weather conditions, or temporary shipping embargoes.
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with the correct PIN code. Ayla is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you require delivery on a specific or preferred date, please mention the date in the gift message box at the time of placing your order. While we will make every reasonable effort to meet such requests, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to courier dependencies. If no preferred date is provided, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.
Order Inspection & Quality Assurance
Every Ayla jewelry piece undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We pack all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of jewelry and our limited-batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Size-related concerns
Minor variations in color or finish due to lighting or screen differences
Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us resolve any issues quickly and fairly, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
The video must:
Start before opening the sealed package
Clearly show the shipping label and invoice
Remain uncut and unedited
Clearly display the product upon opening
Claims submitted without this proof may not be eligible for approval.
Reporting Timeline
All claims must be reported via email within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, along with the required unboxing video. Requests raised after this period may not be considered, as we are unable to verify product handling beyond this timeframe.
Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
An exchange will be arranged, subject to stock availability.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose to wait for a restock or receive a refund of the product value only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
